What happens if you decide to take your house off the market in Dundee?
When you put your house on the market, you’re usually hoping for a quick sale and a great price and most often that’s what happens.
However sometimes things change before your property sells.
Maybe you were selling to move to a specific property and the purchase falls through.
Maybe the market changes and it’s no longer the right time for you to sell.
Or maybe your personal circumstances change.
So it’s good to know in advance;
Here’s What Happens If You Decide to Take Your House Off The Market in Dundee;
With McIntyre Properties, we’ll take down your house listing from the internet, take down your ‘For Sale’ signs and that’s it!
Unlike some other Estate Agent’s we don’t charge a cancellation fee.
Your upfront costs for the Home Report and Photography are the only monies you won’t recover as the work’s already been done (However if you decide to go back on the market within a short timescale, these could be used as is or with a small update).
You really don’t need to worry when you list with us if you end up taking your house off the market.
But do ask any other Estate Agents you’re receiving valuations from as there are some Estate Agents in Dundee who charge a cancellation fee.
